Hm. Did you sell the game because you weren't satisfied with it overall? Or because you didn't get the DLC that was strongly alluded to in interviews?

The first reason would seem valid.

But the second...well...buying something on promises is risky.

If the DLC were characters that you didn't want, would you still have sold the game?

I guess I just haven't been pleased with the franchise since MK 2 and I keep hoping there is going to be the next great thing and constant let down is all we get. IMO

other than bugs, I think this one was one of the most addictive and felt great control-wise, so I don't see outside of bugs how it might have been inferior to MK2

There are only 3 things that keep me from playing this game:

1) superman infinite / spammers in general

2) online lag

3) the gimmicks: free fall combat/close and rage. rage just kills it for me.


Other than that, I think MKvsDC is the best MK game to date.

All aside I have been a MK fan for the longest but just with technology where it is and these systems being capable of what they are we got MK VS DC do you guys really feel satisfied? Really where are the extras? The online play is sub par and the esrb rating teen, common MK was built on all the violence and that is what people thirst for. Well I will be back when we get a good MK game! I dont spend 60 bucks on a OK-decent game those are the games that I rent.

i sold mine for 10 pounds (like 15 dollers) because i grew bored very quickly of it... it should have had more extras

Well I won't be selling it, but I have moved on to SF4 as well. I will buy the next MK game though.

this game is diffrent from the normal mortal kombat that we all know
ok it might not have the best finishers in
but its still MORTAL KOMBAT and i will still buy it and so will anyone who enjoys mortal kombat.

What is the story now, with DLC. Everybody is crying for that and you gamers now, being very spoiled. Why did you sell the game because of no "DLC"? Remember the old days were you used to play the games for 10 years without DLC. This is new style i see. No "DLC"!

I was promised originally and I hate when things are not deliverd after the developers say it will be there. Also back in the day on 16 and 32 systems it was ok to not have dlc but now I have a 400 system and it has a hard drive I expect to get more out of every game via dlc trophies achievements ect. If you don't need that good for you.
