Is the the only game you get this error in? Is this the first time you've tried to play any game online? The only time I have had this error was when I first got my network adapter and found out my Modem was not a 'game modem'. I had to go to the cable company and trade it in for one that was PS2 compatible.

Did you or they use any sort of game enhancer on your game save/game? If you did, DNAS is set to block that out if it's detected...helps to prevent cheating online.

Oh he fixed it now. All he had to do was buy another because he said that it was damaged (the online software) thanks for the help this can be closed now if you want.
