Yes we need NighWolf for two reasons one he kicks ass and two he wouldbe fun to play since he hasn't been in for along time. I never really like baraka. I tought he looked cool but didnt like him.

If Midway makes him fun to play with this time around (cool moves and fatalities, intersting story), then I don't have a problem with him being in it. He was a decent character in MK3, not one of the best, but not the worst either. Seems like he was kind of abandoned for a while.

Although there were a lot of characters I don't like, I wouldn't mind bringing any of them back for a second chance. It would be nice to see them in a new look, with an enhancement. I can already tell a lot of people are starting to change their old opinions over a lot of MK3/4 junk characters.

But for the record, I liked Nightwolf since day 1.

I think there'd be many more than 30 that like him, but really it is all personal opinion.

Alot of people don't like characters that are liked by other people, and there main reasons are stupid moves. But put simply it's because they cannot use the character to their full extent.

But to keep on topic if we need Nightwolf or not, depends on his story and how he is involved I guess. I'm sure he must have a good reason being back in the game and that he's not just a 'fill in' character.

It's like saying do we really need any of the other characters?? Most have already been involved with the game, why bring them back?!? It's because they play an important role in the story somehow, whether it be directly with the Dragon King or another character that is directly involved with the DK.

I love the look of Nightwolf so far. I just hope his moves and story keep with the part of his appearance

Nightwolf was a good character in MK3 and I dont see why you would call him a "filler". Also, calling him the "worst character ever" is just plain ignorant because it just invites people to flame you. Next time you should be a little more careful with what you post and how you post it.

He looks pretty cool I like how his arrows stay in the opponent (saw it on some screen shots somewhere)

Calm down, peeps. I can't say I agree with Judita, but it's just an opinion.

I was never really a fan of N.W per-say, though I did like his moon beam fatality =). BUT, I think every character deserves a second chance with the 3D version of themselves(well, almost everyone...). Who knows? He could be a new fan fave.

nightwolf looked a bit hokey in mk3 but he was a combo king and a badass in general. those who could get his projectilve reflection move down were quite annoying to play against. and...he had 2 good fatals in mk3. he looks much, much better in mk6, we already know he has the shoulder ram back and a nice upgrade to his energy arrows. i think he deserves to be back far more than lame mei.

Nightwolf was the odd man out in MK3. He had his fans, but had his critics, and they came in equal amounts. I thought his character design could have been a bit better, but on the whole, it wasn't terrible. He was one of the more imposing of Earthrealm's heroes, and I liked him for it.

Additionally, next to Liu Kang and the Dragon, he was the only MK character who I think fans had few problems with morphing into an animal. I can still see him turning into a wolf, and mauling his enemy.

Nightwolf is one of the characters who really deserves a second chance. I'm glad he, Sindel, and Kabal are back. it's nice to see some MK3 characters get exposure apart from the cyber-ninjas.

He intrigues me because, unlike Sindel, whose return I can think up a pretty good reason for, I honestly have no clue why they brought him back. This heightens my anticipation for playing as him. His reasons for appearing again are one of my current biggest MKD questions. Whatever the reasons, I have a feling they will be good.

Nightwolf has many fans including his No #1 fan right here. Their are so many worse characters in MK. Like Mokap or Meat.

stryker has to be the worst ever in mk, imo. jax, jarek, sonya, cage, li mei, reiko, shinnok, mokap and c(k)hameleon are tops on my lame list, too. meat should not be considered a character as it was more of an alt. costume for everyone than an actual character.

So your saying he should lie and not say what he belives? In his opinion nightwolf is the worst character. In my opinion this is a stupid thing to be offended by.
