My buddy "QuarioPhoenix" fought someone online who used Sareena. He threw about 30-45 knives in a row rapidly with no delay. It was in the Wastelands Arena. I forgot his Online name. =/
Also im not sure if it's a glitch. But i had a KAK throw Mokap's white projectile @ me as he was far back. When i blocked it, it said i used a breaker? Anyone care to fill me in?
As for PGC's, I think it's meh. If i have to play the game it was mean to be. Why should anyone else, be any different?

Bobby doesn't use a PGC, I've beaten his tough as nails tactics with Dairou.... and he does use other tactics that you can't imput in a PGC.
Just like me in MKD with the TS, I was a buffer master with him a few accused me of having one I was just laughing at those who did on the mic. It's called buffering moves FAST. The motion of her knife throwing isn't rocket science, it's easier then Dairou's TS move by far. < >+2 can be done so easily, if your thumb has a smooth glide to it it's not that hard.
In a nutshell:
It takes cheese to BEAT cheese, fight fire with fire.
That's how you beat good Sareena's. It took me a while to figure it out but ask bobby, we've even discussed it. I have the matches on tape to prove it, I just uploaded them to my PC. Soon they'll be on youtube and you guys can see.

Any one could be using a programmable controller at and given time. Nothing you can do about it. The only reason you know Atari has one is because he admitted to it. I would not let him use one if he was next to be. But nothing I can do over the internet.
Lag has nothing to do with how fast you can throw knives or ts drop. lag does not affect how long it takes you to press BF2.
Chances are you don’t have sareena’s ff1 knife throw, throw, throw programmed as one button. This would be fuck up by lag.
