I doubt it, if he does turn evil completely he will be evil on his own. He wouldnt join up with no one. He would do the ass kicking himself.

Well, IMO, he would start his own trend of evil. Although, I'd prefer him to do his own thing, not rule other worlds. And anyways, after he will defeat Quan, he will turn to ash. Mission complete. So really, he has no option.

scorpion would NEVER join with quan chi, NEVER because he hates him so much. he will do anything he can to kill him, that would be kind of scary facing an enemy like that.

I doubt it. I don't see why Scorpion would join Quan Chi when he wants to kill him.

But seriously, I just don't see something like that happening unless Quan Chi puts some kind of spell on him or something which wouldn't be too great of a storyline idea in my opinion....
