Ya there's 24 confirmed characters. Theres 12 playable characters from the start and 12 unlockable characters. There are many rumors about SUPER unlockables but who knows, hopefully there are some though.

Someone should find out where Boon lives just in case he cheated us out of the "super unlockables" he promised us. We can't bomb it but we could just pay some bum to crap on his doorstep.
