Ermac had telekentic powers first. How can he be a rip off?

Yeah, he isn't a ripoff. Ermac also had more than one telekinetic move. The green ball he shot out was created by his power. The lift move is obvious, and his fatality was also telekinetic. Hmm...let's see. For Kenshi, he could push and throw telekinetically and he had a telekinetic fatality, thus making Ermac and Kenshi similar, thus making Kenshi the ripoff of Ermac. The end! Love ya, bye!

I agree, although i wouldn't say that ermac is a ripoff since he was around before kenshi. both of them have the telekinetic slam, but no other similar moves and yeah ermac had it first as well. though i think ermac's awesome(and can't wait to see what he's like in MK:D), kenshi is definitly the best fighter in my opinion

I think it is hard to compare the two. Yes, they both have telekinesis, but other than that they are completely different. One is a ninja, and the other is a samurai(?). Jus cause they have a similar power does not mean they are the same or if one is a rip off of the other. As for the fight between them, I have no idea which one would prevail. It would depend on the people that are using them i guess.

I think that Kenshi is the ripp off, even thought i like Kenshi, Ermac was still around before him. So there is no way Ermac could e a ripp off of Kenshi. Anyways i have a feeling that Ermac will be better then Kenshi in Mk:D. Just a feeling

Ermac is definately not a Kenshi-rip-off. Ermac came first, and even though there moves may be slightly off, ermac was introduced to the first teleknetic move, which makes him the first teleknetic warrior of MK. They both look different and have teleknetic powers, but ermac had it first. I'm also dissapointed that kenshi had the teleknetic slam, IMO i felt that it was ermacs signature move. Hopefully ermac gets it back in MK6. I didnt really like the idea of having 2 teleknetic warriors, but if there special moves are totally different in each way, then i'm happy. And personally, i like ermac more than kenshi.

As to who i think would win in a fight, i think it would be ermac. Ermac seems to be superior than kenshi. Seems like a mentor to me.

i'm guessing that no one played konquest mode with kenshi?? it said it rite their on mkda that kenshi met up with ermac in outworld and ermac taught him telekenesis! so kenshi can be a rip off if ermac trained him, he is thus a disciple. and i think ermac would win hand to hand but kenshi would win in a weapon fight.

to distinguish their moves:

1.) kenshi would have same moves from mkda
2.) ermac can have an energy projectile and a telekenetic "get over here". like use his mind to pull u to him, and when u get there- he is holding u by your throat. kinda like a darth vader/the mummy move ya know. and his other sp. moves could be some kinda telekenetic power punch (like cable does) and finally maybe use shang's soul steal. (since ermac is a being of souls)
3.)also, u know how kenshi has blueish energy to show his powers, i think ermac's power should show as green.

I think Ermac would beat Kenshi because he is more experienced w/ his powers.

Ermac was first. He taught Kenshi how to do his powers. Ermac owes alot to Kenshi for freeing him, I doubt they'd end up fighting, but I have my money on Ermac.

Ermac would rape Kenshi hand to hand. Hes an enigma of souls, warriors personified in one body. Different moves, disciple, or not, its still based around the same power, telekenesis. Ermac was the first telekenetic warrior therefore if anyone is to be called the rip-off its Kenshi. If it came down to it, Ermac would dominate Kenshi no doubt. Hes more experienced, more skilled in his powers, and has one hell of an advantage besides being an engima of warriors... he has sight. I dont care if you have Daredevil like senses, if your going up against a highly trained enigma warrior, blind, its definitly going to be a disadvantage IMO.

The telekinesis move isn't the only move that makes Kenshi the "Rip-off". Kenshi also wears black and red, Just like Ermac.

Can you imagine what a match between these two would be like!? There won't be any kombos, no weapons, nothing! Both fighters will just be throwing each other all over the arena!!!

I'm not argueing with your post, I agree with it. But "Enigma" is another way of saying "Mystery".

what do yall think their moves would be like.... to distinguish ya know. the way frost and subzero had different moves. i posted my list already earlier in this post.

Kenshi can have his special moves from MK:DA.

Telekinetic Slam.
Telekinetic Toss.
Telekinetic Push.

Ermac needs to have the Telekinetic Slam, But his other move also has to be the Nova Blast... But what should his 3rd move be? His 3rd move in Trilogy was Scorpion's teleport punch, So he needs a new original move.

They are both even in terms of their powers. Kenshi has psychokinesis and Ermac has telekinesis. Ermac however is a ninja and made of pure souls, however Kenshi has his sword which holds souls. I guess coming down to pure skill, Ermac would win.

thats y i was saying ermac's third special move could be a telekenetic "get over hea" since he cant have a teleport punch. if he catches u with his mind, u are helpless to a great combo, or an axe chop!

I wanna see an Ermac vs Kenshi drama battle complete with cutscenes in MKD. Maybe ermac can have a pyrokinesis move which is a branch of PSI power.

And it looks like kenshi got rid of his original MKDA costume so that he doesnt have the same colors as ermac anymore. Unless its an alt...
