ESRB Rating for MK Deception

At E3 Boon claimed that MK Deception would be rated E for everyone. According to the gamespot site, the rating will be M for mature....which is it? (not that it really matters to me)

Did you see that a T-rex just walked by.
We knew it was rated M when we saw the 3rd trailer plus MK's one of the most controversal games it'll never be Rated E or T lol. That was a joke lol.

who cares about gameboy the graphics suck so how can it be gory and contraversal there. Im talking about 3D.
