i have had other posts similar but though i would start a fresh one with some ideas on classic characters that need an Extreme Makeover. No nip and tucks or lipo suction just a costume change etc. I decided to look at the characters that seemed to be most talked about of recent.

Shao Khan: If he returns to MKD then he wouldhave gone through hell to get back. Remember he was supposedly killed. But lets say he survived or was brought back to life as a mortal by his shadow priests. Left to wander the desolate waste lands of outworld. Living on scraps. His great power now gone, he would be a shell of his former self. Slowly he would rebuild himself.Make new alliances with the various creatures in outworld Perhaps helearnt some new skills. Found a new mentor who helped he get back on thepath. Now witha new source of power . New look. He returns to fight in MKD and reclaim his throne. To Reclaim his realm.

Costume 1: New samurai costume. Chrome in color. Shinny Metal skull looking helmet. Weapon: Hammer

Costume 2: ripped torn clothing. Scarred body. messy hair. Dirty. This would be his Outworld survial look. Weapon: rusty blade.

Lord Sharo: Prince Goro is dead. But his family blood line still exists. For deep in the subterrain realm, his son the last of the Royal blood line is plotting revenge. All shall die for destroying his father. Smaller than Prince Goro yet just as deadly. Lord Sharo emerges with his own agenda.

Costume 1: Sumo style much like his father.

Costume 2: Royal robes golden in colour

Reiko: After mk4 he disappeared. Return to Outworld to the rundown Kingdom of Shao Khan Trying to take control of forces that Kahn left behind. Even sporting Kahns helmet. But this former General was less than well received. Loyal followers, only few remain. Banded together and banished Reiko to Earth Realm. Not long after a numberKahns Shadow priestsarrived looking to claim Reikos head as a trophpy as they fore saw the return of there master. Reiko quickly went into hiding. Taking on a viking styled look. He must now confront Shao Kahn and either kill him or be killed.

Costume 1: Tradional viking styled look. with a hybrid of Shao Kahns mk3 helmet and viking helmet. Also a cape.

Costume 2: Traditional white ninja costume.

Shadow Priest: One of Kahns loyal followers enters MKD to fight for his master.

Costume 1: Flowing black monk robe. no face is seen

Costume 2: imagine a man with grey pale, translusent skin with a black skeleton that seems toglow from within
