What are your favorite MKD fighting styles and weapons that weren't in MKDA? What do you like about them (effectiveness, visual appeal, etc.)?
My favorite new hand-to-hand styles are:
Silat- although the stance looks stupid, it's just a fun style to use.
Ying Yueng- looks cool, has some nice launchers and knockdowns.
Moifah- looks cool.
Choy Lee Fut- looks cool, fun to use.
Pao Chui- it just looks badass.
My favorite new weapons are:
Blades- has some kickass combos, ie. Heavy Damage (33211).
Axe- looks badass.
Kobu Jutsu- fun to use, look cooler than Tonfa.
Dan Tien Dao- ...yea, it lacks combos, but it looks cool.
(I know, effectiveness doesn't seem like much of a priority to me. I admit, I'm not a very high-level player, but aesthetics and storyline are what initially drew me to the MK series, rather than gameplay. So sue me if I'm a mediocre gamer; you don't have to be good at something to love it.)
