I looked more forward to MKDA because it started the new gameplay. All MKD is doing is adding characters and content. Though MKD is still gonna be awesome.

MKD looks awesome. I like that MK2 feeling and I can't wait to play this game online.

Maybe you're forgetting something. It's called online play.

To be honest.The last time I was pumped about a mk was when I was getting my snes copy of Mk2.The feeling I have now is about the same if not stronger.

for me, the MKD feeling is stronger than MKDA..

I am anticipating MKD more, because of the online play and new game modes . . . It will be great!!

I never felt like this about a game, I mean, I look forward for a couple of games every year, but deception, deception is making me drool everytime I hear or see something new about it, I can easily say this is the game I'll play more, I'll play deception soooooooo much!

The only downside about it is that this upcoming school year will be my last, I have to concentrate on the books, not on videogames...

I wish I was a couple of years behind...

MKD is going to be great these new characters are AWESOME the stages: death traps stage fatalities fight indicatorz THE WORKZ awesome so much thingz to interact with and stage weaponz. the characterz: all your fav. classix the best new characterz and they all have a part in the AWESOME story but MKDA it was abig hype becuz all the new gameplay was introduced the new characterz sucked tho except frost and mavado i gess

in MKD the new people are great ESPECIALLY ashra her story and weapon are awesome and the story line in general is the best so far i cant WAIT for this game there will be so much to do and more!!!

I have no doubt MK:D will be fantastic, taking MK:DA and adding the content fans are used to is a brilliant move by Midway.
So yes, I am looking forward to it more.

I'm more hyped about deception. It sucks, because I can barely concentrate on my birthday, while Deception is after it! Usually, I'm so hyped about it, but deception is so insane! I can't wait!!!!!!

I think I'm anticipating this the most as it sort of snuck up on everyone... or at least me. I remember when it was nothing more than a small blurb on a page of PSM last year under the title "Mortal Kombat 6". All it mentioned was online play. Then suddenly, out of nowhere, a big-ass ten page article from PSM comes out this past winter/spring! But then again, I hadn't been on this site for a while, so I was out of the loop. But the comparison between Deception and Deadly Alliance seems to be like a comparison between MK II and MK I. More fatalities, more stage fatalities (or in this case, any at all now!), a new finisher (Hara-Kiri), but unfortunately the loss of bonus rounds. Amazing similarities if you ask me.

MKDA took me completely by surprise. Like a lot of MK fans, I left the franchise for a bit after MK4. When MKDA came out, I had only known about it for maybe a week. Whereas with Deception, I've known about it since the game was announced and every new thing we've learned about it only heightens my excitement. I haven't been this hyped to play a game EVER.

Deception looks like the grand daddy of all MK's, even over Trilogy and MK2, because of it's freshened design and feel.

Lol. This is the ONLY MK Game that will I actualy buy the first day it comes out. All my other MK games i got probably weeks after it came out except MKD! Cant wait!! =)
