He actually does have darkish skin(not charcoal black like in MK4 though). And you can see that he definitely doesnt have goggles like we all first thought in the first few pics of him. He looks awesome! This also proves that Noob and Smoke are separate entities. They look nothinga like, except for maybe their boots. Let's just hope they change his alt costume to having dark skin also. Woohoo!

it wouldnt be much of an alt seeing as how its the exact same costume without the black skin.

And Im pretty sure that its not black skin seeing as how my sig shows him with human tan skin.

No. In MK:TE appears how Noob Saibot, his name doesn't have to modify.

Really? I never played MKTE so I didn't know that. After Tobias left I figured Midway couldn't use his name anymore. I haven't heard or seen any MK member call him Noob Saibot yet, just Noob. Thanx for clearing this up for me guys. smile

Well, Tobias is his name, not Saibot. Also, I think there is still another Tobias on the team (could be Mike Boon I'm thinking of). If that's the case, they could still use the name anyway.

Well I don't see why they would change it to just "Noob" seeing how his full name is property of Midway regardless of Tobias's presence.tongue

He name is probably noob saibot but since everyone refers to him as Noob anyway they just use "Noob".
Which works out for them now that Tobias is gone.
nyone know if he left on good or bad terms with Boon?
His outfit looks better in that closer pic. Doesnt look like a Snake Eyes ripoff anymore(Snake eyes uniform is the shit though)

Tobias has been gone for YEARS. MK Gold, MK Advance and MKTE have all come out and have used the name Saibot. John Tobias has absolutely no legal ownership of the name Saibot(or any other MK chracter for that matter). I don't know who started this nonsense but it really needs to stop.

I hope I am not the only one who thinks NoobSaibot looks like Snake Eyes from G.I. Joe. Striking resemblemce really. haha, looks sweet though.

my magazine says that's not noob sibot, that;s not noob sibot. GAME PRO is reliable. they say that they made one character from noob sibot and smoke, so u'll have all these weird combos.

It sounds like the costume you're talking about is the black-clad ninja with human skin. That's one of Noob Saibot's outfits, it says his name on the lifebar in one of the MKD videos.tongue

Awesome! I think he looks really cool. I'm glad he's completly black. I'm glad they included him in this game, I don't what it is about this character, but so many of us love him! I hope he has like his ghost moves, and clone throws like in MKTrilogy!

No. In GamePro says that Noob and Smoke like will be fused, since their air juggle will be very similar.

I was thinking to myself that the development team should be more careful with how they word things.
And then I got to thinking that they wouldn't *have* to be careful about how they worded things if people didn't wildly speculate about every single thing they say.

ok good. i'm glad they're not one character. that would've been stupid. i mean yeah change is good but u would have fans wondering why the mixed character has more from one than the other. sorry if i threw any1 off with my info but that's what i thought they meant when i read it. the line up is looking great.........but i see no quan chi

Noob rocks. He looks kinda stupid though. I like his alt costume if in fact that pic of his alt is really actually him and not some other fighter.
