First Look at (Possible) Cyrax...?

First off, let me state that I am unsure if this is actually Cyrax. I found this picture in an online trailer for MKD (the one where they are interviewing Ed Boon at E3) and something caught my eye about the character. The only reason I bring this up is because, as of today, they have confirmed Sektor, Smoke, & Kabal as playable characters in MKD and Boon stated that the character concepts will be different from Cyrax and that Cyrax will look different in this game from previous ones.



They were right in saying that he will look different. Also, please forgive me if this is another character. I am vaguely familiar with all the new (and modified) characters of the new MK game.

You are pathetic. Damn Noobs. Thats Hotaru a new character. Welcome to the forums though.
1)Boon said Sektor and Smoke are the only cyborgs returning.
2)That is Hotaru's armor.
3)That looks like a night suite not a cyborg.
4)There is only 1 cyborg pic on the select screen and I dought they would show him if he was a secret.
5)This is old.

This person was simply asking a question...and since there was NO FACE present in the video, how is this person to know its a new character? gessh, people need to lighten up.

I absolutely agree bro, and i was just going to say the same thing as well.

Why people call new people names when they dont know something is beyond me. The guy is new here and he probably thought Hotaru was Cyrax, its possible that he didnt hear about Hotaru's confirmation. Theres no need to call people names or be rude when they dont know something, its immature.

and on the same note, is there any need to post over and over about it? Especially if someone has already posted their disgust on other peoples reactions?
Why follow suit and make some flame thread out of a simple thread?
These flame wars are started by people who moan, and it goes from there. We've established that the poster now knows that his picture isnt Cyrax. Im sure he will now pay attention to the other threads made, and he will learn about who is who etc...

I agree but you type in fucking green and I have the reptile theme. The other green was legible but I had to highlight that just to read it.

No, he/she had it coming. Its been, what, about a month since we've seen that movie? And look AT THE BODY ARMOR. I knew immediately it was Hotaru because of that. Some people have poor eyesight, I suppose.

Thx for trying to inform us on Cyrax though, even though it's old, nice to see ya tried ^_^ I'm usually a calm person on this forum...but when a person tries to bring stuff to our attention, regardless of how old it is, as long as they have the right intent, you guys seriously should not flame...just because they didn't search what...page 800(exaggeration) of the MK:D deception forums you should flame them for trying to be helpful? It's sickening.

Thanks there, Zhalfirin. The flamers are rare here, but still a pain. I haven't been to this site since...god, well over six months. It seriously sucks that I had to change my SN, but no big deal. Miss being able to update my fanart gallery, though. ;)

This no longer serves a purpose. Thanks to all who properly informed the thread starter of the truth behind the screen capture. As for those of you who feel in neccesary to refer to others are "newbies" and flame them childishly as I see here, I suggest you not cast any judgement down upon them. If you must do so, keep it to yourself. You are no better than anyone if you feel you must flame to while conveying your message.
