Has anyone found Fujin in Earthrealm? Can't seem to find him anywhere... Please respond!

All Ive found in earthrealm about FUJIN is that chic who says he is their wind god.He said he would meet you in earthrealm so he must show up sometime.

I started over on my Konquest and it took me about 3 hours to beat and do most the missions and unlock most the stuff, about an hour and a half I'll be done with everything, so I've decided to spend tonight meditating for 2 years. Maybe this will do something... Fujin better be done with whatever he's doing in outworld by then.
