Gamecube version of MKD to be Censored

I have a friend from school who has really good connections with Midway, he's never been wrong about anything. So I asked him to keep me informed about the Gamecube version of MKD since it's the one I'll be getting because that's the only system I have and I'm not spending money on a new system just for one game unless of course it's only available on that certain system. So I was talking to him on Friday at school and he told me his sources had recently informed him about the Gamecube version being censored.
It isn't really surprising either as Nintendo has always been targeted more towards kids. But not to worry Gamecube owners, the censoring won't be as bad as it was on MK1 for SNES. They're not going to take out blood, gore, or fatalities/hara-kiris, all that will remain intact. The content that has been taken out of the Gamecube version is Mileena's alternate costume (the one where you can almost see her you know what) and one of the pics from the krypt called "Sexy Mileena" (wonder what that is, I haven't seen it). Mileena's alternate will be replaced with an updated version of her classic MK2 custome and the Sexy Mileena pic will be replaced with a pic of Ed Boon.

Manager at work said that she knows a guy at her supermarket who knows a guy at the railway station who knows a girl at an accounting firm who knows a guy at a distributing company who said MK13 will be released on the third Friday 13th of 2006! So there you have it! Confirmation!

This is really getting tiresome some one coming on the boards,and thinking they have so called insides sources. Now your saying gc version going to be censored. do you have any proof to backup your statement or proof of evidence for that matter. i don't think.so. nintendo version of mkd is going to be the same as the xbox and ps2 version providing that all the contents fits on nintendo 1.5 gig disk. there mostly likey going to compress the contents to fit all of it in. point of the matter there not going censored it period.

sexy mileena pic wasn't in playboy FYI. the pic in playboy was the same one you can get on the MKD website as a wallpaper.

maybe he is right because my father .. you know is ED boon and he told me that the gamecube version got 90 charackters and 120 SU charackters and all of them will have 8 fatalitys and even the animalitys will come back. but some fatalitys will be censored !! so better belive him ! tongue

I very much doubt thats true. Its not exactly porn...is it? I mean you cant even see her boobs or anything! I'm pretty sure seeing people get torn to peices or commiting suicide is far, far worse that somebody holding sai's infront of her breasts

Hey guys, I heard that Mileena's ending in MK:D for Gamecube is gonna be changed. It will be Mileena getting knocked up by Baraka in a sex show for Onaga in his throne room, then it'll flashforward to nine months later and a little itty bitty Baraka baby will cut open Mileena's stomach and come out and Mileena will die. *sigh* Why must people question our intelligence? I know a guy who went to a concert with someone who knows someone who met Ed Boon at Kroger's Grocery Store once and they bumped into eachother and Boon yelled out "HEY FAG, WATCH IT! Well I know a guy who knows a guy who's sister dated Ed Boon and he told her who she told him and told my friend who told me that if you beat MK2 five times(on arcade or home systems) on very hard with every character, you will not only get the hidden characters and bosses, you can also choose to play MK2 with 2D or 3D graphics.grin
