Gamecube version = weakest link?

if deception is to be a multiplatform title, and included on these multiplatforms was the gamecube, wouldn't that make the game take a step down from the xbox and ps2 versions? because the gamecube has no dvd, and the discs are so small, it would have to be released on 2 discs for the gamecube right? For EX: tiger woods 2004 on the gamecube lacked all the movies, some of the courses, some of the players, and animations and it still was on 2 (two) discs... I want midway to push the envelope with deception and push the systems to their max...with multiple fatalities, enteractive stages, dvd extras, full motion endings and so forth. if gamecube owners do in fact get deception, they night not be recieving the same game ps2 and xbox owners are getting...is that whats keeping midway from not considering the gamecube?

No, the primary reason was Nintendo still has that kids only image and the fact that the Gc controller is a poor choice for fighting games. I'm pretty sure it could handle it, if you look at the RE series on GC the graphics and souned and FMVs, all of them are spectacular.

Gamecube disc = 1.5 Gigabytes
PSOne Disc - 650 MB's
One Gamecube disc can hold two PSOne games. So not it wouldn't be impossible.

It had all of the players and animations and courses., I don't know where you got your information. From what I've read, TG2004 was due to a programming error in the Gamecube code while they were developing the game. This is the same reason the Gamecube verison of Medal of Honor:Frontline is 2 disc, even though it is missing all the movies.
