This year one of the bands I play with won Band of the year, entertainer of the year, female vocalist (the singer in the band of course) for the Gcgma which is the Georgia Country Music Assosciation. We've been given studio time to start and finish the singer's debut CD, should be done in March.
My other band I play with has been invited to back to "The Rock Boat" to perform on the main stage one night on the 5 days cruise. Look it up bitch. We're also releasing a cd as we're finishing up more tracks due around same time as Ashley Rivera (the classic rock/country band) listed above. For pics of our last stint on the rock boat seek my Myspace page.
Pig Hut has been on several commericlas in Atlanta and DVD releases. We've taken the year off because of my involvement with these other bands, new job, etc. Throughout the bands (plus my stint with a rap band) I've played around 165 shows this week over the course of 14 states. I'm also gaining sponsership from Fernandes guitar, GHS strings, Red Bull and looking to apply for others.
