yea when i get my 360 from my friend (was getting it this week but tore my MCL in my left knee) I'm getting madden and halo 3. Get ready to kick my ass because I'm going to suck at it for a long time because apparently xbox doesn't believe in helping us old school FPS fans who used mouses and keyboards.

Using a joystick feels so lame for me on a fps compared to a free roaming mouse.

Was hanging with my friend the other night, we were on the screen of Halo 3 that tells you how many people were on. Literally, there was the whole USA lit with Halo 3 players on xbox live, Mexico I think the total amount of people was 434, 567 or something ridiculous...friday at 11:00pm:legacy_wow:

Pig, while I can't vouch for it's performance, there's an adapter where you're supposed to be able to use a keyboard / mouse called xfps. The only person I know who has it is dreddy, and you'd have to talk to him about it. I'd say just sit with a controller and you'll figure it out cuz the sticks are split up for movement / vision just like a keyboard and mouse are.

Ok, I played this game recently at my friends house. It seems the same as Halo 2 to me lol but it is fun I'll admit.

We really need to get all of us in one online custom game or something. I played Alpha Zombie last night in a room with about 20 or so people in it. It was unbelievably entertaining.

I'm definitely feeling that, O. We should do something like that. What common games out there offer this kind of stuff? Does anyone have a list?

Hey trax, dude if you ever visit and stay in NYC for a week or so we gotta hang you, me, stretch, wu, gerchap etc at that game arena place so we could do system link. That place has it set up like an network arcade literally where all the consoles are linked and you have have like 10 players in a dark room dishing it out. It's awesome, Halo 2 is I haven't played Halo 3 there yet but I'm sure it's the same deal.

I would love to come to NYC. But I can't until I'm fully settled back in TO but then again, I would love a xmas in NYC. It'd be a pleasure to hang out with all you mudafuckers.

BTW, trax do you have a DS man? UMK3 comes out end of this month man, if you have wireless router OR if you don't all you have to do is by the nintendo wifi connector which is cheap 39.99, comes with installation disc, takes 5 minutes to set up and you're ready.

Just make sure your firewalls are turned off if they block it, mine do for example so I have to set it to temporary shut off mode just to play my DS.

Otherwise you shouldn't have a problem man.

Would love to get in some oldschool Cyrax matches hehe.

@MKF: I don't have a DS dude. I don't think I'll be getting one just for MK either.

I was practicing UMK3 on 360 the other day. It is actually damn good. I suck at the game now so I need to get used to it all over again.

Elites now sell for something like 399. So you can pick up 360 much cheaper than ever before. You should check out your options and get hooked up with one a-sap.

I do want a 360, and have for a while now I just waited for the price drop FINALLY.

I'd prefer 300 but will have to take the 350, I'll get one before MK 8 comes out.

As for the DS, I already have one and wifi so all I have to do dude is get the game which I already have reserved and I'm all set to go.

Can't wait, UMK3 & MKD puzzle=great bargain.

Perhaps in the future they'll have MK 4 & Motor Kombat online for it.

They could definitely do that.
