What confused me is that in his video bio, his foes are Quan Chi, Drahmin, Moloch and Sub-Zero.

The first three I understand, but Sub-Zero? I thought he kind of let him go from the "curse" when he learned that Quan Chi was the actual murderer. Maybe there's still some bitterness between the two...

You sound pretty sure, but did anyone confirm that he is neutral? IMO I think that it would be the best idea to make him a good guy, seeing that his old storyline for revenge is getting old.

I don't think Scorpion is the champion. I think maybe he's the Elder Gods enforcer now. Their "Divine Wrath." Because his bio says he was changed by his enouncter with the Elder Gods, but he still looks pretty much the same. So it's the same angry, brooding Scorpion we all know, but now he's doing the Elder God's dirty work. Maybe they said they'd allow him to join his wife an dkid in the afterlife if he does some jobs for them.

That's my guess. I'm also pretty sure that after he does they're dirty work, they'll let him finally fight Quan Chi, and he gets his vengeance, his soul is cleansed and he ascends to live with his wife and child.

That is highly doubtful, he has his own score to settle, after that he will just rest in peace, he doesn't cares for the earth or other realms.

Oh man...if that's true, I hope the Gods actually do cleanse his soul and allow him to ascend, otherwise the next 3 MK games might be Scorpion trying to destroy the Gods.
