haviks helping good to cause so much chaos

Hotaru's alignment is neutral, and neutral has no exact opposite... so... neutral

this is confusing really. Until we finished playing the whole game and view both Hotaru and Havik's endings, will we only know whose side are they actually on. Though in the Bio of Hotaru, it clearly states he is neutral and his ally is the Dragon King, but still, he could have been mislead. Don't you think so ? and Havik on the other hand, can cause chaos without even siding the good guys. Right ?

true i think the dragon king is useing Hotaru to take over because Hotaru wants order and i dont think the dragon king dose. havik mit be useing the good guys, but how dose he know darrius

Both Hotaru and Havik are neutral - they have their own agendas.
And about order/chaos.
If the DK wins he will enslave everyone and control everything that happens in all the realms = order.
Even though it is a "bad" ending it is still "order"
If the DK loses,everyone will be free to do what they want = chaos.
This might be considered a "good" ending but with everyone doing what they want(which includes things like murder,robbery,and other nasty things I don't want to mention) this leads to "chaos".
It's quite a deep concept,even for a MK game.
So,back to the topic......Havik is neutral.

Havik owns.
