They are different characters and have different spaces on the select screen and probably don't have anything to do with eachother as far as we know. Just because they LOOK like eachother doesn't mean squat. Sorta like how Ashrah looks like Raiden. Doesn't mean a thing.

Man, I think Havik is going to be my new favorite character, Havik, Kobra, and Hotaru. They all look great!!
