I've been running into the same problem... starting to really piss me off!!!

what i did was
duck and block and when she is doing all these unnecessary moves above you you hit her with combos and dont stop!
when you see her open do a big-ass combo. for she cant recuperate....
and use the throw move too
i won by sheer luck...one more move and my ass would have been toast.

I realized I couldn't yet beat her head on, so I did almost the same thing. I looked in my moves lists for the longest combo I got. Then I ducked and blocked, and when she came at me and was open I'd pop up and do a grab on her to throw her in the air and do as many juggle combos as I could (thank you frustrating Konquest juggle combo training!!). Repeat. ^_^ It took several tries, and she has attacks that can hit you while you're in the crouching block, but with propper timing it eventually worked.

Dont get close to her, she will grab you and do her special attack instead get about 3-4 steps away from her and side step to counter incoming attack. Once she attack (see red color at the top) and missed hiting your (because your sidestep) then try Shujinko combo.
It will also help if you play naked infront of your TV while beating her, She will let you hit her because you are naked and eventually defeat her. Tanya is a softie LOL just joking.
Dont forget to sidestep
