Help with Kung Lao in Konquest.

I've played konquest forever and I've never seen Kung Lao. Is there something that has to be done earlier in the game for him to be there. Thanks for any help.

no he just isn't in the game exept for the prison level

beat the game then go to that temple in earthrealm where they worship raiden

Yeah, I did beat the game, but the temple is EMPTY!!!

Thats because u had to get the Shaolin head band, before the part in konquest to enter the mortal kombat contest with shang tsung in earthrealm, u needed to get it from master shen in outside the hut, then when u beat konquest hes there, then he sends u on a mission to find Kai in outworld to get raidens old staff

But is it not possible to find Master Chen after beating the Konquest?
