sektor's parts are in the order realm...look in the main part of the city where you first exit the portal, in that area
just talk to all of the citizens walking around, one of them is the vendor
you can get blaze's potion in the outworld, in the village that has johnny cage and lei mei in it. a lady has the potion and she is standing outside of her house, talk to her, i believe she is located right around where you first enter the village
lost kids key was in the village where you started konquest. the village where shujinko grows up. he is standing outside of his house, it's after the park right before you make the first right to go further into the vllage
sindels' ring is somewhere, i haven't found it yet either, let you know when i do
