I'd like to see Kitana, Mavado, Kung Lao, Sonya, Shang, Quan and Nitara as secret characters. They can be unlocked in Konquest or the Krypt.

Cool Ideas man, Here's some of mine.

Johnny Cage- You perform stunts for him in 3 different scenes of his upcoming movie Mortal Kombat Deception. Once you do that you don't see him for a while then before you leave Earth Realm to go into the Outworld he would say that he would join you in your fight because he has something he needs to proove to himself after that Johnny Cage is playable on the character select screen in Arcade, Chess, Blah blah blah....

Shang Tsung: You fight Shang Tsung twice, the first time he will try to kill you and steal your soul in the wastelands of Outworld, you fight him for two rounds and beat him. Shang Tsung will run away. Then the second time you meet Shang Tsung in his palace and he says that you must go through a mini tournament against his henchmen, defeat all of his henchmen to fight him yet again. When you beat him the second time Shang Tsung falls to your mercy and you unlock him.

Kano, you help him make it out of Outworld into the portal of Earth, Kano befriends you on your quest and he will sell you some modern day items during you journey in the Outworld. Before you do his final mission Kano will say that he was using you the whole time and sets you up to fight against him Black Dragon thugs, you fight him in the classic MK2 portal stage and beat his thugs and him. After the fight Kano escapes to Earth and you unlock him.

Kitana, Jade, Shang Tsung and Fujin.

Kitana would be unlocked by finishing the game with all characters in the main line up. (Inital 12 plus the 12 unlockables.) She would have Eagle Claw, Edenian Grace and steel Fans fighting styles.

Jade could be unlocked in the Krypt. She would have Leopard, Underworld and Staff fighting styles.

Shang Tsung would be unlocked through conquest mode. As part of your training, you would have to familiarise yourself with the evils you have to face in Outworld, and one mission includes finding out the whereabouts of Tsung, who is hiding from the emperor in Earthrealm. he would be similar to MK:DA but have a slightly different look and moves.

Fujin would be unlocked in konquest too. Not too sure how, but he would be unlocked in Outworld from the prison stage. He would have Hurricane and Kenpo fighting styles and Broadswords weapon.

Jade,Fujin,Jerek,and dranim: In the prison stage,
if you get knocked into a cell, it opens, and the character inside runs out. If you open all the cells in one round, the last character you freed is in the character selection screen. You can unlock them all.

I want Frost back as a secret character. Also Jade as well.

nice suggestions people....but Brendan explain "livng weapon" for Quan chi... do you mean something alive ...?

I must be the only person who is quite happy with the Deception roster. I'd like some characters to come back, but I'm certainly willing to wait for Mortal Kombat VII.

i want some real hidden charactors to (lets hope there not as lame as blaze and mokap)here are some ideas

rain: in konquest go to the outworld prison defeat the prison guards go to his cell he gives you a hint to where the key to his cell is you go get it get him out of his cell escape from the prison and bring him to khans palace and save kitana then on the select screen highlight ermac and hit down and start

reptile: in conquest defeat the dragon king with a double flawless victory a fmv plays that shows the dk's spirit leave his body then, Fight!! you have to fight reptile he is very fast and very powerful but if you beat him it shows you are worthy so he pledges allegiance to you then on the select screen highlight sub-zero and hit up and start.

smoke: in konquest find smoke in a cave in outworld and bring him back to the lin kuei on earth bring him to sub-zero, sub-zero thanks you by saying you have made a great ally you go to the select screen and hit up and start over scorpion and the only thing he has in common with scorpion is the spear.

cyrax: in konquest find him on earth stranded in the desert so you bring him to the O.W.I.A. sonya and jax thank you and send you on your way on the select screen hit right and start over sektor

kitana: save kitana with rain and return them to edenia hit up and start over mileena

jade: release jade from the prison and hit down and start over ashrah

sareena: defeat her in nether realm hit down and start over noob

mavado: find and defeat him in konquest on earth hit left and start over kabal

kung lao : find and bring him back to earth realm in konquest hit down and start on kang

drahmin: release him from the prison and defeat him in kombat hit up and start over skab

i'll think of more later

Rain and Khameleon/Chameleon were all new for MK3.

Lately, there just haven't been enough good NEW hidden characters.

i wonder what the story is on bellok he looks badass but he also just looks like another skin of goro

Belokk was just a demon from the Netherrealm that the developer of MK Gold created. At the last minute he was taken out. I guess Boon didn't want him in or something.
