Isn't that one of the missios where you get a random character to use? If so, just lose until you get someone you're fairly good with. If it's Mileena, you might want to throw often and use her juggle combos to your advantage.

I agree with Tgrant, just hope you get Mileena and be really cheap against Kira or hope to get someone you are really good with, this is alittle bit off topic but I just recently beat Shang Tsung there in the Netherealm, I use Shujinko.

Teleport kick walk up and throw repeat computer is confounded by this in depth strategy.

Thanks guys but I defeated her soon after I created this thread with Mileena. I teleport kick and did her power move over and and over until I defeated Kira then the portal opened.
