Anyone ever notice a chime sound while fighting there? It happens in both matches and before a win. I wonder what this could mean. I have only heard this type chime in that areana. Oh well.. probably nothing. wow

one odd thing is i played there once and it wasn't hailing (?) is it random? cause it's been hailing each time I played except for one... I was playing as frost but I doubt that has anything to do with it

Don't recall hearing a chime. It could be the arena music.
As for the hail stones, it's a random thing, like the lung hai temple. Sometimes it rains, sometimes it doesn't.

I've never really noticed the chimes, myself. Are you sure the chimes just aren't part of the music track?

The things I'm really wondering aboutin that arena are the floating hooded figures in the background that appear. They're slightly transluscent and the one by the big tree seems to move in and out from the ground.

I used to hear those chimes all the time. But, my Phsyciatrist said it would go away with the magic pills he gave me! He was right!!

no ive heard that chime too. Its not backround music. It happens when you strike your opponant.I happens in evry battleground. I dunno why it happens but my best guess is when you counter someones strike without a reversal or when you perform a perfect hit against an opponant. It is very strange though. Im not sure what it is. Good thing you reminded me of bringing it up.

you said before you beat your opponent? i thought that chiming sound happened when you were just about to beat an opponent and they had just a smidgen of health/energy left, and the chiming sound signaled "danger" that happens on other mk's too i think

I know the sound you are talking about and that ain't it. This is a clear sound that I only hear at that stage. I have surround sound to my station so I hear this sound very clearly. Maybe it's nothing or maybe it is something. I don't know.wow

You're probably right. Cause it happens at random times in the matches, but I have only noticed it there.

I really do think there's something you're supposed to do in that arena just because one time I swear one of those ghost thingys looked like the "Toasty" guy. Remember that?
