How can you see the Biographies for the Primary Costumes?

Ok when you unlock the secret charachters you get there Bio's and when you unlock Alternate Costumes you get them but the thing is I would like to have the Bio's for those of normal Costumes.I unlocked Sub,Shang's Bio's for their Primary Costume but I dunno how.I thought is it because you finish the game with thier Primary Cos. .Thanks in Advance.
