Since subzero is no match for scorpio, I think a fight with nob saibot is where scorpion is headed towards.

Scorpion is the very reason i am a fan of mortal kombat. Everything about him screams badass; From his name to his fataities to his frickin story for christ sake (a spectre out for revenge). If scorpion is to piece like Kang did in DA then all hell would break loose...on second thought, i guess thats the best part about him, you CANT KILL HIM, he will always find a way to return....muhahahaha

Scorpion is old and played out. But I say leave him in cause fan boyz won't buy the game otherwise.

I'm not really a big scorpion fan and the reason he keeps on coming back is because boon likes him. He needs a new outfit and some cooler moves instead of the old spear.

I'm not a huge Scorpion fan, but I wouldn't want a MK without him. Still, I hope they find a way to make his story more interesting, while still keeping the whole "vengeance" thing going. Cuz face it, vengeance is what makes him who he is.

well, i never liked scorpion from day one, he was just so boring, and that spear move, ugh it is too fucking overdone, and the "GET OVER HERE!" bleh its lost its edge, i really do hope that mk6 wont have scorpion in it, it would be so nice to get away from the old ninja spawn from hell shit, but, people like different things, so i dont really care, i hated scorpion and if others love him, that is there own buisness, i dont care.

Well, hate to go back to story roots here, but..

Sub-Zero killed Scorpion in his human form and defeated him in the netherealm when he was reincarnated. So this whole Sub-Zero being no match for Scorpion thing is pretty retarded and oozes fanboyism.

Scorpion is a pretty cool character, and I'd like to see him back just because like Sub-Zero MK just would not feel right without him, but hes not one of my favorites. I prefer both sub-zeros,smoke, johnny cage, sindel, kitana, mileena, shang tsung, quan chi and a few others more than Scorpion. I find him to bland and normally receives the LEAST amount of updates when compared to the other characters. He's aight.

First off.. Scorpion is a classic.. He belongs in MK.. Did mk3 feel right without him? Hell no! which is why they quickly added him to Ultimate Mk3. He FREAKIN RULES.... that being said.. I also think that even classics need updating. Ive always wanted to see him with no outfit on. It would be cool to just have a Skelaton Engulfed in flame... Second of all.. ALl you scorpion fans out there dont flame me for this.. Its just my opinion... I am A HUGE Human Smoke fan... I know right now you are crapping yourself thinking WTH he is just a useless copy of scorpion... Well I think thats part of the reason Smoke was so popular. He was like scorpion but he had a different story line and he looked different. Scorpion is cool but he always looks the same. Smoke was a welcome change.. Anyways... I feel that Scorpion should definately be in the game.. but it would be cool to see him with a little different look and story line. BOO YA

Scorpion is the best!

Scorpion is a pretty cool character, BUT he needs to be updated alot. I think he needs a more complex storyline. A new look. Keep his ninja look but just make him look different. He is one of my top 5 favorite characters.

I never really played with Scorpion but I have to respect him as a character. He is brilliant with an incredible plot.

hes the greatest!!!! Hes the only person i can beat mkda without dying. I would throw up if he wasnt in deception.

incorrect, he keeps coming back because the majority of the fan base likes him.

I'm not sure if I would miss Scorpion. I like Sub-Zero a lot more , and his story and looks have changed much , much more than Scorpion's.

Remember .... Sub-Zero is the ONLY character that has been on every MK game , and even got his own video game. Maybe he is the makers' favorite ?
