Judging by Game Informer reviews, and how their opinion's aren't biased. Really well.

I only trust gamespot in reviews if this game gets less then 88. Ill be dissapointed.

How will Deception fair to these numbers?

I'll say for PS2 & XBox, it'll do relatively well. I'll say in the 8.0-9.5 range. For Nintendo power & the like, however, due to the lack of M-Rated Games, it may get slightly less, maybe from 8.0-9.0.

If Gamespot gave Deadly Alliance an 8.1.
Deception is gonna get at LEAST an 8.5 from them this time around.
Of course it will deserve 9's across the board though.

I think MKD will score good. But most game mags outside of the UK and US have no idea what they're talking about anyway :).

I'd say a high 80 percentile on gamerankings.com Maybe higher if other fansites contribute.

A swedish shitty magazine gave mkda 5, so maybe they ́ll give this 5, 4 or maybe 6 because of chess and the minigame for longer lifespan.

the only biased review i have ever seen was on the tech tv game show. they are pretty critical.

isn't it a little weir, some magazine and internet game sites gave it a 8.5, and deadly alliance compared to deception is shit, so they'll have to give 9.9 to make it not even a litlle fair, since deception is 4 times as good as deadl alliance

The writer who write for the best Slovenian magazine Joker is big fighting games fan and he knows what he's talking about. He's MK fan, but he gave DA 80% ( SC2 - 92%, Tekken4 89%, VF4Evo - 90% ) which is pretty good, but I don't think that Deception will get higher score. I bet he'll give it 82-84.
But I respect him, because he knows how to play fighting games and he wrote the best review of DA.

I don't know what happened to them! I mean, they've given virtually NO coverage on MK:D. Just a little blurb in this "yay or nay" coming soon article, and they already began to bash it! Every other magazine and website is getting hyped up, but EGM is acting like it doesn't even exist! Bastards!

I expect low scores from the EGM reviewers. They seem to be a little biased. Definitely some bad blood because they don't get the exclusive coverage like Gamespot and IGN.

Well I'm pretty sure it will get in the 9 out of 10 range. Considering DA did in a lot of reviews and considering this is gonna be 10 times better and have a LOT of replay value, I don't see how it can do worse!
