i am expecting all of the sub bosses to be the best so far. (whoever they all are) i also would enjoy them being extremely difficult to beat so playing the computer doesn't get too easy too quick. my favorite boss so far was goro! he ruled!

I think he will be hard at first and then become easier once you've fought a few times.

In terms of coolness though:
MK1 - Shang Tsung - Dunno about beating because Shang was the original "boss", heh.
MK2/3/ - Shao Kahn - Don't think he could beat the cool factor of Kahn
MK4 - Shinnok - Heh, yeah, beat by miles
MKDA - Shang and Quan - Didn't feel like a "boss", so probably beat.

Btw though, Goro was NEVER hard in MK4, heh, even at first.

I dont think anything would come close to Prince Goro and his partner in crime Kintaro the shokans just rule!!!!!!

The Dragon King is gonna be the mightiest of them all. He's gonna crash everybody. He eats little misrable Shoknas for breakfast.

I'd like to see the Dragon King in a background sitting on a massive throne. Kahn at his feet kneeled and chained like a dog. Like Kahn deserves :3

Well I hope MK: Deception will break the chain in Mortal Kombat games in terms of the sub-boss harder than the boss of the game itself( to me at least). I hope Dragon King is a challage and is the hardest MK boss ever since we never really had a "boss" type since MKT which was easy btw as were the "bosses" in MK4 and MK: DA.

MK1: Easy enough
MK2: Super Hard
MK3: Ungodly Hard
MK4: Fallout to Preschool easy
MKDA: Still easy, but not as easy as Shinnok
MKD: Somewhere between MK2 and MK3, but still possible to beat him, if you can figure it out.

I'd like the DK to be a mix of Shao Kahn and Kintaro. Hard and Cheap lol!

Do you guys think that the DK will have a Fatality like Kintaro, Motaro...etc.??? I hope he does!

I think the Dragon king is going to suck compared to Shao Kahn and Kintaro in MK2, but I think he is going to be the next best boss.

MK1- easy, even for a beginner
MK2- difficult at 1st, but extremely easy when you get the hang of it
MK3- pretty damn easy
MK4- WTF, Shinnok was a boss?
MKDA- I beat those pussies Moloch, Shang Tsung, and Quan Chi like a asteroid colliding to the earth.

That will be a cool fatality to see NS777!

Well, it can be hard to judge just from the video, but he appears to be challenging as a boss.

And I have to say, I think we might be going a little bit overboard with the DK threads.

For some reason, the DK reminds me too much of Ogre. The Boss of Tekken 2 I believe. His look isn't very original but I like it. He has the face of Shinnok, body of Reptile and clothes/attitude of Kahn. Nitara's wings too.

i posted this a while ago way before the footage was shown. i just bump it back up.

One thing about the Dragon King that will not be fun is the arena you fight him in. It's completely surrounded by death trap and he can kick you in at will!

But he's so COOL looking. :D
