I have done everything some there,I have beaten the arcade mode with everyone,tag mode with everyone,unlocked reaper scorpion and beaten arcade on hard mode with him,whats going on,I have done everything thats supposed to unlock him.

this may be the same as above... but check:

Beat Arcade mode and Tag Team mode with every character except Noob Saibot at Normal difficulty. Then beat Arcade mode on Hard using Reaper Scorpion (Scorpion's all-black alternate costume).

thats from my website. It worked for me... did you unlock the right costume for Scorpion? and did you play as that certain scorpion and beat the game on HARD difficulty? And check to see if you've beat both arcade mode and tag team mode with EVERY character (except for noob of course). And is Noob the only one u haven't unlocked?

Noob is the only one I have not unlocked,I have a question,for the reaper costume im sure I have it,
its a black costume with normal skin,right?If so I have checked like ten times that everyone has arcade and tag mode done,and I must have beaten arcade mode with reaper scorpion on hard like 4 or 5 times.

im not sure what exactly Reaper Scorp looks like... but check to see what u've unlocked... look under Scorp's costume and make sure you see "Reaper Scorpion". If theres 2 diff. black ones... try both. Its been a while since I've last played MKTE.

yeah i hear ya dude,i had everyone but noob would never unlock for me so i just broke down and entered the all characters code on codebreaker

The Reaper outfits are the ones that are coloured black, crimson and grey I believe.
