I never buy the guide book, never like how they guide you (they always confuse me). this is what i always do when i buy a new game. for fighting games,i usually go online to find out how to unlock characters and print out how to use the fatalities for MK:D. for adventure/rpg games, i never use a guide, why? because the guide always spoil you (also you get the urge to see the ending and final boss), i only go online if i get stuck and only read what i need to read.

I'll let other people get the guide. I'll just read the info they post.

Never use guides. I prefer the suprise and the challenge. I'll try it on my own as far as Konquest mode goes.

But I will be looking up the Fatalities and such... or posting any I find.

Don't have a time to waste with those stuff.

I refuse to buy a guide or use a FAQ. I want to be surprised by everything. I mean, just imagine how long this game will last if we DON'T cheat or look at guides to help us in 1 tiny little spot. If I get stuck? Oh well. Guess I'm screwed. I WILL accept information from other people on how to do Fatality's and stuff. But, thats how it use to be back in the day at Arcades. I will get no information from the evil internet!! O.O

I won't buy a straregy guide. With having theinternet all you have to do is wait for someone over the net to put the info from the strategy guide. The only reasons I will look at the strategy for is .... how to preform fatalies/Hari Kari and where, and when to find characters in Konquest mode( what time and the grid), last but not least any secrets the game might have.

I will get it the day it comes out, which is usually a few days before the actual game. From that point on, every time I shit I will read it with pleasure.

I buy the guide just because... I don't use it I just read the bios sometimes

First I will try to beat Konquest mode on my own. The second time around I will either use the net or a guide to complete it fully.

Now if it's the guide or the net I use, that all comes down to how complete the guide is. If the guide has good pictures and is very complete, I will get the guide.

ill be going online for 1...buying it is just silly when there r online stuff.. but the guides always have nice pictures and what not..detailed stories.. their always a good read..

I am gonna pick it up for the artwork and fatalites it will be worth it for sure.

I will pick one up as soon as it comes out and use it to spoil all the secrets,and ruin all the parts of the game before the game is released. That way I won't have to keep the game. Just buy it play it as fast as I can re-wrap and take it back for all my cash. I have great hope that all the secrets will be let out early and when the game is released everyone that waited so long for it will be disapionted again. Then the MK series can scratch and claw it's way back again after a few years of getting whomped on by other fighting games. Some day Midway will catch on that Guides are a bad thing for a fighting game. That keeping things secret is a good thing. Midway must be making a good lump some of money off brady. Just think if they would have kept some secrets. I would need to play longer and own the game. Ok GO BUY THIS GAME..... DO IT. Give money to a company that needs a wake up call. Do it. I say you should buy the guide and take it home post all the info on this site. Then take it back to the store and get your money back. That way you don't need to pay for the guide or the game. And if you like the pictures and think the guide is a good read. Scan it, make it into a book and read it when you do number 2. We win Midway you lose. DSB

The point is not to finish it in 1 day but w.e i cant stop you do you. I have to be honest i am getting the guide and i mainly am gettin it for everythin that won't be online i might glance at how to play chess kombat or somethin in konquest but most ppl say they will ONLY use it for bios???? You are ognna use it for konquest sometime. Don't be ashamed to let people know that you wanna use it as help becuase most ppl out there are gonna do that so dont lie and say your just using it for bios just becuse everyone else said that. Do what YOU want to do we don't know eahcother personally so what does it matter a couple flames??? Not gonna die off that.
