Ive waaited let's see.... ever since I started playing the game!!

Since 1997 when MK4 came out. By this time arcades had begun to decline, so not alot of people came to the arcades, as well as not many people played it. Also at this time the idea of wave net came out. I thought it would have been cool to play someone at MK4 online.

I really been waiting since Mk trilog!! And I to thought it would be cool to play someone online. I also thought what you'd be able to do if there was online play!!

i haven't been waiting at all, i've always associated online games with first person shooter and real-time strategy games, but it's about time more games on consoles became online so we'll have to wait and see how it is.

i have been waiting for mortal kombat to go online since i joined mortal kombat online. it was around the time when i had seen the first images of deadly alliance when i thought of playing mortal kombat with the other people who went to the same threads as me.

i would love to play against other ppl online its kind of like a big MK tournament except i dont kno the proper things to buy or wat is needed to actually play it onliine so we will wait and c

ive waited hmmm 0.5642 seconds. I dont have online play yet and I dont plan on anytime soon.

well.back in the day there was x-band for super nintendo..right now there is mame kaillera. which i play mk2 every day...but for next generation. i have waited since the day mkda came out,i felt that it realy really needed the online play to make it a better game,and it didnt..im extreamly glad 2 c mkdeception will be online..but im not sure it will take me away from playing mk2 online...

..oh my gosh!...no he didnt ask that question!!!....and I'm also amazed that someone on here actually referenced X-BAND!! which was somthing I thought was just too way back in the day for most of you young bucks...cause thats how long I've been waiting...FIFTEEN YEARS!!!...OK...OK maybe actually fourteen,cause I didnt start thinking about when I would get to play on line again till they shut down X-Band,which was a year or so into playing MK II on X-BAND,through my SNES ,I was just absolutely crushed,when X-Band got shut down,and now that MKD is on the horizons,I've been getting on peoples nerves for months, about this very topic,that the reason I'm so excited ,and can't wait for the games release,is because....I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR FIFTEEN YEARS!!!...ok..fourteen,or somthing like that I'm not that certain on the relese date of MK II for the SNES,but I know I'm certain on one thing...its been a long ..long time a waiting for that magical date of Oct. 12 2004....so I geuss to answere your question,I've been waitin since MK II's release on SNES

BTW danadbab...I sure wished I had known about the ability to play MK II online with the kaillera,I totally missed the boat on that one can you give some details far as how long its been out?..what type of system you play on?...ect..

When DA came out and it didn't come out to any arcades I was hoping they'd switch to online ^_~ I have to have some reason to buy an X-Box Live Subscription...and I think MK:D will be it.

danadbab! did you play local? or did you play NATIONWIDE!!! nationwide was the shinizzel,I mean come on ,having your phone ring whenever you got a challenge from someone!? I could be off doing laundry or cooking up somthing ,and next thing you know BAM!...*rrrriinnnnggg!!I thought that concept was like the coolest,but personaly I dont think they had enough players to support the system,cause whenever I tried to play localy here in wisconsin it was hard to find anyone to play,but when I went nation wide...no problemo!,but it was just so dang exspensive!! you would be making a long distance phone call,for each time you hooked up with someone,and I think thats what killed it,plus very little marketing....
and has it been only 9 years!?...1995 huh?...hmmm seems longer, but no matter ,cause my wait is about to be all over real soon...119 days to be exact..he he.
