The April PSM Magizine says that on the Bettle Lair stage you can get eaten alive by thousands if insects. When you get knocked through the red pain of glass.
Then in the new GameInformer Mike Taran gives an idea of what to expect: "... you will see opponents get buried in rock avalanches, smashed by giant steel presses, ripped to shreds with grinders, eaten by giant slugs(I think this is the same as the Ice worm), gored with spikes, shaved into chunks with spinning blades, boiled in lava, impaled on stalagmites, or cut to pieces by lasers.

By my count thats 10!!!

Dose anybody no of any more?

My sources confirmed to me a long time ago 10 out of the 17 stages will have stage fatalities/death traps. Of course, this is not including any hidden stages and what not. Looks as if your counting was correct. wink

holy sh**!!!!...10 stage fatalities????!!!!...that sounds great,lava pit,a fall from high platform,shred to pieces,etc ,etc etc....this game is sounding terrible great!!!!....

Wow that is alot of stage fatal moves. I would like to say sorry about downing Kel-x in a past thread. You do seem to have some good inside info. I thought you were just talking big to make it look like you had friends in high places. The fact of the matter is you do. Sorry Kel-x I was wrong about you. Those this means that it could be more? How many hidden stages are?(Just imagining) So, if we have 17 the number is growing and counting.

BTW, those 17 satges are individual stages or are parts of an huge stage. Let me explain that. Look at Skytemple, does it count as one or count as various stages?

First off is that 10 death traps or stage fatalities as both are not the same.If that is 10 death traps then hmmmm on the stage fatalities.This game is gonna have plenty of replay and blistered thumbs that's for sure.Now if we can get a count on how many stage/death traps total would be interesting.

Stage fatalitys are gonna be awesome and could swing a battle either way
24 characters each used once against each other + Killing each other in 17 stages by natural death or stage fatalities = A LOT OF PLAY TIME!

I'm going to go ahead and say that this game is not going to be attracting any of my dust bunnies for a loooooooooong time.
