How should the Dragon King act like in MKD?

I personally want the Dragon King to be laid back like Shao Kahn in MK 2. I want to have that feeling like in MK 2 when the first time you fact Shao Kahn like holy crap how can I defeat this guy.

Exactly

And he should have a deep scary voice that gets under your skin and says all the things that make you wanna beat his ass into the ground.

Oh,and the dev team should make him the hardest boss in all of Mortal Kombat. He just looks so damn strong and looks so much more intimidating than any other MK boss, even Moloch.

I think that the Dragon King might be the best boss of all the MK games to date
