In some of the other posts its being said that all of the MKDA characters will be playable..if not as part of the storyline then as hidden characters.

I hope so, but it's great to know that the thunderer has been confirmed and is hopefully part of the story. Now all we need is Sonya and Fujin to show up.

and raiden dies in the intro. they are confirmed but not as playable, just on the roster of the game. roster meaning in the game some way or other not arcade mode.

raiden might be playable konqrr told me raiden and li mei like 4 months ago, and i didnt beleiev either were gonna be in but li mei showed up.

raiden even surprized konqrr months ago, but now it is said he is confirmed, this is weird.

Have you seen this 'intro' if you have could you please tell us where we can see it? If you don't want to post it or a link then PM some of us or the MKO higher ups to see if they can get the link approved for posting.

As for Raiden not being approved, I'll trust the MKO guys who actually went to E3 and have read (and will hopefully post) the pamplet that confirms Raidens return. So stop trying to rain on people's parades unless you are willing and able to back up your claims.

Even if you claims are true, Raiden will still be playable as a hidden character and when has being dead prevented anyone from returning in Mortal Kombat, he'll just be back better than ever in MK7.

My sources say Kung Lao is a go. But nothing is ever certain, so just wait and see.

And yeah, Raiden is in. MKO should have told you that.

I just received a message from someone to deliever to all you guys who still think Raiden is still killed in the intro...I know it's wrong but he keeps insisting...it was sent to me by long distance so it might be a little blurry.

Please let the Kung man be in MKD. Lao was the best character in MKDA and is one of my fav fighters......How could you leave him out?

i would be really happy if it was revealed that kitana was going to be playable. Im still waiting for that news.

heh, I needed that. I was hoping Raiden would return, at the very least for the sake of you and Tgrant. He's an immortal favorite with Sub and Scorp.

Kung Lao has been in every Mortal Kombat tournament that we know of. (MK1, MK2, MK3, MKG (i count as same tournament as MK4),MKDA) Lets not end his trend with MKD.

All I personally wanted was for Raiden, Rain and Baraka to return. Rain is definitely a no, so 2 out of 3 has still made me pretty happy.

I'd like 2 see Kitana back as well; I think that Raiden and Kung Lao will be in it as well and possibly Sonya since Jax is (guess Hsu Hao's ending didn't happen)!

Hey man, Kung Lao wasn't in MK1. And Rayden wasn't in MK3, so I don't know what streak you're talking about. Oh well, no biggie.

As for wanting Kung Lao in MK:D, I was definitely for it, I still kinda am.

You are wrong, It is true the name Kung Lao had been in every Mortal Kombat game but the character who we fight as was introduced in Mortal Kombat II.

I hope Kung Lao returns in the next Mortal Kombat. Since Deadly Alliance, many fans have seemed to like him alot. I myself am one of those people, I found Kung Lao's storyline to be interesting, his look is original, and his fighting styles fit him perfectly.

I hope that Kung Lao had his classic whirlwind move returning along with his teleportation move. I think it would be a cool feature if we could control the movement of his hat once again whenever we threw it.

And yes, I am very pleased to see that Raiden is returning because he is my ultimate favorite character.
