I have gone to outworld c-3 and no tanya meditated and no tanya where is she???????????????furiousfuriousfurious

I had the same problem. You have to do her mission in A-4 in Outworld, leave Outworld then come back and she'll be there.

Unlock her before you attempt to fight her for the alt.

Yea you have to unlock her and her mission to find a cave to trap Liu Kang is in A-7 (That's where she is) not A-3. Teh just go into Baraka's camp (G-4) and follow it to the back where Nitara is. A short cust scene will follow and you'll get "Map To Cave." After you do that then leave outworld via the portal then return there. Walk straight across the bridge and Tanya will be walking around there. Just fight her.
