I cant find my Final Krypt Key JO... can someone help?

I looked at gamewinners.com it says it will be in Edenia F-1 from 3:30 am To 4:00 Am and its never there. Bradygames new official guide dont tell you where it is by location. It just says to collect all the kamidogu, which i have. This is the second time I have completed konquest but still cant find the JO Locked key. The koffin conatins shujinkos alternate costume... Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks...
