1.) the shredder mask
2.) unmasked, pony tail, ninja suit up to his neck
3.) unmasked, pony tail, ninja suit cut lowered and a few different textures on it.(psm scan)

Then in the PSM scan it shows subzero in the chess game with his alt costume from MKDA.(that makes 4?)

So im thinking theres gonna be two different subzeros in this game or maybe Boon is going all out and adding lots of variety...

I think that there might be four different costumes for each character.

YES i noticed that too, the mkda sub zero costume is in game too.damnit yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss. i always hated mk:d sub zero outfit, but his mask(when u look at it in ppls avatars) looks great and the best.

All characters shown in the pictures of the board game (Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Kitana and Quan Chi) all use their MKDA designs. There's really nothing to support the theory that characters will have their MKDA outfits, based on the board game screenshots, or the PSM article on the whole, for that matter.
