Kenshi is my favorite online fighter. He's very hard to read and he has some nice combos which you can implement his TK abilities into. He can also mix it up a little bit with his TK abilties. When playing with Kenshi you need to know that his TK punches and TK push cannot be blocked while one is ducking. Once I get them down I like to confuse my opponent a little bit and stand next to them. They'll be expecting you to grab so they'll get up ducking. That's when I throw out a TK blast just as you see them getting up. I hit my opponent about 75% of the time using this technique. I do not use it to the point of cheesing though. He's also good for any of those teleporters or characters who dash. If you sense a dash comming on, pick them up in mid dash with your TK and then use your combos on them in mid air. If they Teleport and you block them, They are screwed. Just used your ground pound TK followed by his TK pull or combo them.
Kenshi is very difficult to beat when playing a skiller player.

You don't see alot of Kenshi players online because you have to be SKILLED with him to be good. He is one of my favorites also.

To be honest I only use a character if I actually "like" the character and story of the character not just because they are strong or a good fighter or easy to use and beat people with. I believe the real skilled players are the ones willing to learn how to become "competent" with players they might not be so good with at first and master them. I liked Tanya, I was crap with her at first but now I am really skilled using her, same with Scorpion. I don't like the character of Kenshi, I think he is too borrowed from other ideas. So I dont use him. Its basically the same as a movie. I only connect with the character in the movie if I like them. Simple. So I dont like Kenshi. But thats my view.

I use kenshi, im pretty good with him. I use him against noob smoke. Since noob-somke doesnt have a weapon they have to try and get close to you and kenshi is a far away fighter.
i do back and 4 in the 1st stance to knock them down.
The weapon is good for people that backdash.

Kenshi's quite easy to beat if you're good with a player who has teleports, like Raiden and Jade. I usually use Raiden, and I have yet to lose to a Kenshi player online (except maybe because of a death trap), because no matter how unpredictable Kenshi tries to be, I always grab the upper hand with Raiden's teleport and follow it up with a combo. If my Raiden and the other person's Kenshi teleport at the same time, I usually follow up my teleport with a combo and succeed when the other person has the opportunity to do the same or try to throw me. I've had the same results against Jade's teleport, more or less.
If you have PS2 and a broadband connection, are a good Kenshi player, and think you can beat my Raiden but don't have a PS2 Network Adapter, I highly recommend you get one, because I'd like to see you bring it on! My Kira can also pose a possible threat, as well as my Sindel. My PS2 handle is SLAYER83

I'd really like to play you. Because I think just the opposite in the matter. I have a few favorite characters and I make sure that I pick Kenshi when someone chooses Raiden. I usually find that Raiden players are easy to overcome. They are always to dependent on the Tele-grab and Tele-combo which are easy to evade. They also like to pull out his staff and use the Leg sweep with it which you can see comming from a mile away. Raiden is predictable. My Main PS2 Handle is KNIFE and my alternate is I-SUCK-2 both of whom are fairly well ranked. I hope to see you on there.

The only people I see used online are Dairou, Noob Smoke and Raiden. I rarely play against other fighters...no matter who I fight its always one of those three.

If I played online I would use Sub-Zero and Liu Kang.
