I've been away from this site for several months now, been really busy at work and at home. From all the new updates I've seen, I don't think Ocotber 4th can get here fast enough! I'm very happy with all the characters that have been confirmed so far, and the extras in the game, like death traps and Hara Kiri moves, look very inticing.

I'm not going to complain about who's in the game and who isn't, that's just not my style. I believe the MK Midway team puts in the characters that they feel are necessary to the storyline at this certain point.

I've noticed several people upset that fighters like Li Mei and Tanya are back, but I'm sure they've been included for a good reason, not just to disappoint people who don't care for them.

I also remember reading comments from someone on this site, I believe his screen name is Konquerr or something like that, and it seems everything he's said has come true, so he's obviously a good source of MKD information. I recall him saying there would be a new vampire and a new member of the Shokan race, and although I haven't personally seen anything on these two individuals yet, i'm pretty sure it's true. He also stated several months ago we'd have a new character with a gross-sounding name, and now we have Skab. So, Konquerr, I for one believe you.

Well, just thought I'd stop in and say hi to everyone and hope everyone else is as psyched about this game as I am!

p.s. OK, I'll admit I'm a little bummed I haven't heard of Sektor and Sareena being in the game, since they didn't appear in MKDA but they did appear in MKTE. But all in all, I'm very happy with the confirmed list so far.
