Thats sheeva or another shotokan but not Goro. I was amazed too but if you look closer, she/he looks thiner.

That's definetly not Goro, it is most def. Sheeva. It's WAY to thin to be Goro and she's waring the same 'costume' I'll call it as she was in trliogy.
