I know they show footage of other games, but this "blind Kenshi" on the energy bar also shows up later in the bio when he is fighting nightwolf, who we all know was not in DA.

Dude, people are getting mad at you, because that wasn't early Deception footage, or deception footage at all, it was early Deadly Alliance footage.
Early on in Deadly Alliance's develop, Kenshi's name was "Blind Kenshi" What you saw was early DA footage, before the change, and obviously before weapon changes were finalized (because as we know, Shang Tsung eventually ended up with the Straight Sword)
Though I admit, I am upset cause my hopes were up too, I don't think it's fair that you guys flamed this guy without even explaining to him why he was wrong. He obviously didn't know any better.

Back when MK: deadly alliance was in its early stages Kenshi was called Blind Kenshi. The reason why Kenshi had Shang's weapon in his vid bio becuase that was one of the earliest movies of MK:Deadly Alliance. Like most characters in Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance and Deception we will see many characters in early builds of the game that won't have the same fighting styles and weapons. So I am 99% sure that was Shang from MK: DA. Here is something that most people haven't said about Shang. Notice in MK: Deadly Alliance Shang has a Dragon symbol across this chest, but in the MK : Deception intro video Shang has like a ruby like item on his chest. I am not saying he is playable but a change. A change that I find interesting.

well..i thought MK would be over after DA....I guess some people can be wrong some times...
They should just put everyone in the next game and by that i mean ALL THE CHARACTERS!! Im tired of some being in..then the next game they pull them out...

Well, I wrote down on a sheet of paper every MK character from my memory and I came up with 61 characters (even Meat). Bringing that many characters into MK7 would be challenging because they would have to create a story including ALL of those characters, many of which are already dead. There would also be a lot of unoriginal rip-off fatalities and special moves on account of all the time it would take to come up with hundreds and hundreds of moves.

Way 2 get me excitied!
