Go to where the portal is. Now turn around and walk away from the portal in the direction you came. Head to the right, you will see an opening in the hills and a beach. After you pass the opening, turn right and head down as far as you can go. If I directed you right, you should now be in H-2. There are two huts. Kira's coffin in the first hut (between 7-9pm I think). I hope this helps.

Check your map. The beach is divided into two sections. The one you want as stated before is by the porthole.

Where is she at so you can train with her? I only lack her, Raiden, and Sindel to train with.

Chaos realm. that first walled area off to the building on the left. She's on the right side of the building.

Kira to train with is in the Chaosrealm. She's in the big section where it looks like tombstones are. When you first enter the realm take the first teleporter and she's there. You have to get a piece of paper somewhere in the Chaosrealm as well, that makes her remember who she is. (I don't remember exactly where )
