Most definately Li Mei. She is in the last hit of her 1,1,2,2 combo in Liu He Ba Fa Stance. No question.

Well, let us wait to see, if she's in the game or not... Now, the only clue we have, is that Mileena possibly has an alternate costume that looks like Li Mei!
