I think I have a lead to the DK.

In MK the movie 1 or 2 when lui kang was fighting i think he has johnny cage with him he was about to fight reptile and he threw that litttle alien looking creature into an empty corpse and reptile was brought to life.

Maybe the Dragon King was brought to life because of reptile that's probobly why there is alot of speculation with a lead to DK and Reptile

It's just a thought... any comments?

the movie and the game story line are very different. plus at that time they were only at MK 3, the dragon king was never mentioned or known off at that time.

I don't even take the stuff in the movies as fact in the MK universe, more like a...this might have happened like this...but it didn't! kinda thing.

The game and the movie are two completely different stories

The movie's story has nothing to do with the game's story

The movie kinda was just a plain ol action movie with MK characters...thats all

It just sucked

i haven't seen it is soon long, but yeah i remember at the end shang sung revives 4 fighter. i don't remember him saying they were the dragon kings army.

They'r not the DK's army, they are people wose soul Shang stole and brought them back to fight liu kang
