Well i must admit when i first saw that Baraka was using his blades as his weapons i thought they might use Sindels hair BUt i dont know. I reckon most characters will have actual weapons, and probably some of the newbies will use those of characters who arent returning. Same with fighting styles.

Actually it's a great idea!

I think only Scorpion and Baraka are suited for it though. The idea you had for Scorpion was dead on. He could use his spear like a chain chip or a rope dart also. See he could be more versatile with his spear where in addition to his two empty hand styles, he could have two or three weapon styles based from his spear.

I like the idea of Scorpion swinging his spear around. If the game were to get really complex he could use it as a grappling weapon too, but I think that would be asking too much.

But I still think he should be able to throw it in any style. It's his trademark.
