Kintaro definitely. He was by far the most intimidating sub-boss I have ever seen. He is fucking strong.

No it doesn't say anything about Kintaro's death in Raiden's MKT bio on any version of the game. The only reference to Kintaro's death was an old instruction manual bio of Motaro on one of the MK3 home versions. No other reference has ever been made about Kintaro since, so I won't consider it cannon, at least until we see Kintaro in Konquest and find out what happened to him. Instruction manual have just been too flawed for me to trust them; plus I just want to believe Kintaro is still alive out there

That being said I choose Kintaro as well. Or a new shokan of either gender, so long as they don't look like a twin to Goro/Sheeva. Even a female shokan would play more accurate to the race now that MK has stances instead of the same basic moves for all.
