If fujin was in, his crossbow would be too similar to Nightwolf's bow.. gren glowing arrow.. although if he is an EXTRA secret character with cut and paste moves like mokap and blaze... then he might have something like it...

The crossbow would be ackward to the game's mechanics, But it was his only projectile. Without it, His moves are too much like Ermac/Kenshi's.

Yeah but I think it would suck just to fire crossbow arrows consantly

It'd be cool if he had like a wind bomb, or a wind blast...or at least he could blow some rocks towards u

He could have a something similar to Hsu Hao's special move where he claps and a gust of wind blows and slams against the opponent. But it would have to be done a little differently so it doesn't look like some cheap rip-off.

I'd ditch it too. I'm not sure what weapon he'd be best having but the crossbow wouldn't be that good. Maybe the Windblade that Sonya had in MK4 would be good for him.

I'd ditch it too. I agree with tgrant about the windblade. He'd be a badass character too.

Well lets see how i could make this work!
He could use his crossbow. but not with green arrows. plus the arrows could expload after a while. more like a better version of it.
their is meny ideas for his crossbow!

I'd keep the crossbow but have it attached to his arm permanently, the tip of the bolts would fire from just behind the bottom of his hand therefore would not be restrictive for punching kombos etc. I think it'd look very cool that way. You see for specials it would be hold up arm and fire, or aim arm 45 degrees to groung and do those bouncing bolts he used to fire in MK4.
Then, there still might be room for another weapon altogether when he changes to weapon style.

One thing I can't seem to understand, how can you imprison a god of wind in a lame jail cell?
Unless he is the n00best god ever he would have got out of there easily by turning himself into wind or some shit, I mean, you don't see that kind of problems happening to Raiden right?

No way!!! LOL. I love Fujin but that weapon is too good for him! I love it more, so let Sonya keep it.

Sonya has her Kali Sticks. She doesn't need the Windblade. Given the name, it should really be for Fujin.
However if he does have his crossbow, rather than arrows being shot out, mini blasts of wind should be shot instead which would knock the opponent down.
